How to Kick/Ban Players from your V Rising Server Print

This guide will show you how to kick/ban players from your V Rising Game Server.

1. Access your Game Panel and navigate to your V Rising server.


Go to the Configuration Files section.

2.  Open the "Banlist.txt" file and add the Steam ID of the players you want to ban from your server.

 

 

How to Kick a Player

As an admin, you can remove a player from the server by using the /kick command followed by their character name, IP address, or User ID.

Open the console with the backtick (`) key, type the command, and press Enter.

 

How to Ban a Player

To permanently block a player, use the /bancharacter command with their character name.

Open the console, enter the command, and hit Enter to apply the ban.

 

How to Ban a Player via Command

An admin can quickly ban a player by opening the in-game console and entering the /bancharacter command followed by the player’s character name.

 

How to Unban a Player via Command

To remove a ban, the admin can use the /unban command along with the player's Steam64 ID in the console.

 

NOTE: You must be an administrator on your server to run this command.
