Whether you’re hosting a private server for friends or managing a larger multiplayer community, having admin permissions gives you full control over your server environment. In this guide, you’ll learn how to make yourself an admin on your SCUM server, how to add administrator credentials, and how to verify that your permissions are working correctly.
Becoming an Admin in SCUM
1. Log in to your Game Control Panel and navigate to your service.
2. Before making any modifications, stop the server from running by clicking the Stop button.

3. Navigate to the Configuration Files Tab to continue.

4. In the Configuration Files section, open the AdminUsers.ini file and select the Text Editor option.
